What does your commercial property management include?
We support day-to-day operations, tenant coordination, maintenance and vendor management, documentation, and performance oversight designed to protect value and improve long-term income.
What are your management fees?
Our standard management fee is 4% of collected management fees. We also offer a 3.6% rate for Preferred Partners.
What is the Preferred Partner rate?
Preferred Partners receive a reduced 3.6% management fee based on eligibility and alignment with our long-term partnership model.
How do the no upfront cost upgrades work?
Under 5-year agreements, we can provide strategic efficiency and security upgrades at no upfront cost. Complete the full term and there is no repayment for those upgrades.
Can I choose a shorter agreement?
Yes. We offer 2-year agreements for owners who want flexibility. These do not include the strategic capital improvement option.
How do you handle maintenance and vendors?
We coordinate maintenance, obtain the right support, and track issues through to completion with documentation and quality checks, helping keep costs controlled and operations consistent.
How do you handle tenant requests and issues?
We keep communication structured and responsive. Tenant requests are tracked, prioritized, and resolved with clear documentation and updates.
Do you provide reporting to owners?
Yes. Owners receive clear updates and organized reporting so you can see what is happening, what was completed, and what is being recommended next.
How does the referral partner program work?
Partners earn a share of collected management fees for the life of each property they introduce through a structured two-level program capped at 15% per property.
